We don't like the use of Shockwave on splash or home pages. We think its best reserved for cases where the users know it's coming (such as in a recruiting section). This way, it's the user's option to view it or not. After the splash page is one of the nicest looking home pages we've seen. Good color scheme, font selection, and use of white space. The attorney search engine and summary pages are both excellent, the profiles themselves a bit thin. What wins this firm the "killer content" label is the "Entrepreneur Resources" section, which contains a wide range of information for starting and running an entrepreneurial enterprise at all stages of growth. Search engine output was very good, but it should be broken into digestible chunks for common search works to prevent huge pages from loading.
