We don't like Shockwave for a variety of reasons, but we do like this firm's clear focus on recruiting. Layout of the attorney profile pages is very poor. Each profile should appear on its own page so that, for example, you can bookmark the page of your attorney. We feel that a "show us" approach works best in a recruiting section, not necessarily a "tell us" approach. The recruiting sites that work best include pictures (and more) that help tell the story.
