The second page makes a better home page than the front page, if that makes sense. Search engine output was very good. It would be top notch if the look-and-feel of the search results page (including the fonts) and if bookmark-friendly titles were used. The newest thing on the "What's New" page was dated January 1999. Site organization was poor. For example, there were separate "Articles" and "Publications" pages. We don't understand firms who appear to pay a good deal of attention to the home page but not to the rest of their website.
