Our first thought when we saw the picture of this huge conference table in a brightly lit (but empty) room was "The lights are on, but nobody is home!" There's also a whole bunch of extra white space at the bottom of the home page. The next page was better, and we'd suggest making it the home page. A periodical style was used, but we'd replace the "go" buttons with underlined (and dated) text links. There was a search engine for attorney profiles but not for the rest of the site.
