This results in an extremely user-friendly site: if you're searching for an attorney, you can search by first or last name, by location, position in the firm, practice area, and even law school. If you think about it, this makes a lot of sense - potential clients might want to find just partners who specialize in bankruptcy and who practice in Norfolk. Law students may want to know if any alumni practice at the firm. It is clear that the designers responsible for K&C's site spent time thinking about their target audiences, not to mention what information those audiences would want. Presentation is clean, and the inclusion of consistent navigation bars (both at the top and bottom of every page) and contact information (for all offices, on every page on the site no less) ensure that users will find what they're looking for and know how to get in touch with the firm.
