The server was not responding when we first tried to visit this site. We're patient and tried later, but would other users? We returned to find a unique presentation of the firm's newsletters in the "Firm Publications" section. The "Attorney Directory" page took too long to load, but the profiles themselves were among the best we've seen. Wed add links to Martindale-Hubbell to make them even better. The firm scores high in presentation and experience primarily because it does a lot of subtle things correctly. Such as having DNS configured properly and customized 404 (file not found) error handling. Which just proves that there's more to a website than meets the eye. And the graphics here are professional, so what meets the eye creates a strong first impression.
