The firm's page of recommended websites included eight broken links. We recommend that lists of links be outsourced, eliminated, or kept current. Positioning the navigation bar at the bottom of the page makes navigating the site difficult. We constantly had to scroll down to get to the navigation bar. Keep it at the top or the left of each and every page on the site. Publications are listed under a section called "Currents." We'd call this section "Publications." We counted four online articles dated 1999. We counted many more bibliographic entries, but why list these if you're not going to publish the actual articles online? There is no "Attorneys" section. You have to find attorneys via the "Search" or "Practice Areas" sections, which is not entirely logical. You have to anticipate how you users want to find information, not how you want to organize it.
