We like the periodical style, layout, and graphics on this home page. But we liked it last year, too, and it hasn't changed much. There is a link to "New Publications" on the home page, but that list is undated. New since when? Another link, the "Daily Environmental Update" is last dated December 13, 1999. And it appears that this is published about ten times per month. You can check the status and read the complaints for a current case (the International Capital Management Inc. case), but the presentation of those pages does not match the home page. In fact, while the home page design is top notch, the design of the rest of the site is bland. Navigation is inconsistent, and font selection and page layout are poor. There are newsletters and articles online (not enough to be considered killer content), but the firm made the recent mistake of switching from HTML to PDF formats. Most search engines won't index PDF files, so PDF should be a supplemental format, not the primary format. The "Internet Resources" page had 26 broken links.
