Of course, it also sets an expectation about what you'll find inside. So what did we find? Decisions from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (updated at least weekly) dating back to 1997. Now this is what we consider killer content! But wait, there's more. Under "Publications and Case Summaries" you'll find "Charlie's Corner" (recent events from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office), case summaries, and current articles (including one dated 2000 scheduled for future publication). OK, we're impressed. We did find three possible dead links in the "IP Resources" section, but overall this site's content is strong. Search engine output was excellent, but the index did include the sites private statistics (oops). |
