Under "On-line Resources," we found a whopping 41 broken links. Why provide a section like this if you're not going to keep it up-to-date? Besides, legal research on the Internet is yesterday's news. We found the navigation elements difficult to use. A text box from which we were supposed to select items and then click "go"? Awkward at best. Also, with part of the navigation bar at the top of the screen, part at the bottom, we never knew were we were or what our choices were. In general, it took too many clicks to get to the information we were looking for. Search engine output was poor. There is a nice nugget of magnet content here: a legal dictionary that is tucked away under the "Legal Terms" section. This content could be better leveraged at the site.
