Server response was slow, which we only mention when we notice it. We still like how the firm touts its hourly billing under "Firm Profile." We'd like to see more substantive content online, and to see it be better organized. We also feel that firms should use search engines on their website. The firm also appears to have an extranet, but unless we missed it, there was no link to it on their website. Clients would probably appreciate this in case they forget the URL.
