A boring splash page is followed up by a graphics-heavy (and by this we mean the number of images) home page. We counted 84 files (images plus HTML files) on the home page, which takes too long to load. We like the "News" page and suggest that this would make a fine home page. We're guessing this firm prefers Internet Explorer. Using IE, the site has a (we assume intended) white background. Using Netscape, it has a (we assume unintended) gray background. Many practice groups are listed under "Practice," but why all the YELLING? There's an impressive amount of substantive content here too, but poor organization (i.e. no publications section) and a poor search engine make it hard to find.
