Server response seemed slow compared to other sites, and we only mention this when we notice it. Like good stage hands, a good server should go unnoticed. We browsed the attorney profiles by last name. When we clicked on "A," no attorneys were listed. So why was that choice provided to us? The profiles themselves are make good use of white space and are easy to read. We found navigation a bit confusing. Some links were in the top frame, some in the left, some in the bottom frame. And they were not consistent. Publications were online under "Resources," but you might miss the small text link to this section on the home page. We liked the fact that the papers clearly identified their title, publication date, and author(s) at the top of the page. Search engine output was OK, but it would be better if bookmark-friendly titles were used. There is also a client-only area (which we'll call an "extranet"), but if you click "log in" with all fields blank, HTML source is displayed. Under "Related Links," we found 16 broken links in the "Courts and Court Decisions" section. Sigh.
