It is a cliche to have a button on your home page that says "enter our site" when your users have already entered your site. Once we "entered," we were presented with a picture of the firm's lobby (another cliche). Attorney profile pages used four (count 'em, four) frames. And when we tried to use the attorney profile search page, we were told "The Search Page is undergoing renovations and is currently unavailable. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause." Under "Publications" was a list of articles by the firm's attorneys, arranged by the last name of the author. But some were listed with the last name firm, others with the last name last. Pick an organization structure and stick to it. On closer inspection, this was not a publications section at all but merely a bibliography of published articles. The articles themselves were absent.
