The home page contained 114.6 Kbytes of content, 111.1 Kbytes of which was graphics. This took approximately 33 seconds to load over a 28.8 Kbps connection, which is longer that most people like to wait for an elevator. Inside, a three-frame presentation was executed poorly, creating a cramped feeling that required users to constantly scroll up and down. Layout of attorney profile pages was especially poor, and we suspect that these pages wouldn't fit on an 8.5x11 piece of paper. Remember, some people will want to print out Web pages. We counted about a dozen articles online. There was a search engine, but it was not included in all of the navigation bars. Search engine output was poor.
