Two cliches on the home page, the scrolling Java text and and the animated envelope, are a distraction. The graphics are sub-par and the overall appearance is not that of a professionally developed site. The home page also featured a 1996 copyright notice, so no wonder the site feels dated. The publications page included a handful of mostly undated articles. Photo quality on the attorney profiles rivaled that of a photocopier. The search engine page indicated that it was last updated on 05/02/96, and search engine output was not very helpful. Plus the search engine was located off-site, which means that you have to count on two Web servers running for your site to work.
