Three frames is one too many. This presentation seems cramped, which is how we feel about most presentations that use more than two frames. Plus this presentation is not 640x480 friendly, which means that some users will have to do left-right scrolling to see the entire home page. Inside, four frames were used, and the top frame didn't scroll at all, so part of that frame was totally inaccessible to 640x480 monitor users. The attorney profile pages were presented in an odd way, and the profiles themselves were squeezed into the little space that was not being used by the other frames. We were puzzled by examples on the search page that read "This is a description of what this page has to offer you. If there is any description. How is this description entered?" Plus the search engine output returned one of the sub-frames, so it appears the search engine is broken.
