Our expectations were raised by a home page with visually rich and quick-loading graphics presented on a page whose elements all fit on the screen. In other words, no scroll bars for a change! Inside a simple two-frame presentation was used, but the mouseover text effects on the navigation bar were distraction. I kept having to move the mouse away to read what was underneath the text that popped up. An HTML coding bug in the recruiting section caused two navigation frames to appear. Attorney profiles, substantive content, and a search engine were all conspicuously absent.
