The elegance of an understated home page with excellent graphics is disrupted by icons that appear out of place on the home page. The icons are highlighting new content on the site, but there has to be a less disruptive way to present this new information. Also, older client-side imagemaps are used, and these provide less visual feedback than server-side imagemaps. Substantive content was included under "Insights and Development," but the "Business Law" section included only two pieces dated in 1998. And several of the sections were under construction. It took too many clicks to get to attorney profiles, which didn't include photographs of phone numbers.
