The home page would be visually much more appealing with white space in place of the green marble and without the spinning globe and Acrobat button cliches. Also, we'd include the search engine link in the navigation bar with the rest of the major site sections. This site is a good example of why we dislike frames implementations that use more than two frames. With three horizontal frames, there is little room to display information in the main middle frame without having to scroll up and down. A lot. Another factor negatively affecting our site experience is the nondisclosed use of cookies. Perhaps conceding the limitations of its three-frame presentation, the site designers decided to open attorney profiles in new windows, but then those windows also contain three frames! Hint: printing framed windows is not easy. Hint number 2: opening links in new windows is annoying. Hint number 3: the problem is frames. Don't look for any articles under "Articles." That page is a bibliography of articles published elsewhere. We counted eight online newsletters from 1998, seven of which were in Adobe Acrobat PDF format. Among other things, this means that the site's search engine will not find these PDF files.
