We really like the approach of summarizing the firm's various publications on the home page. That plus a logical site structure and small professional graphics combine to make an excellent first impression. A simple two-frame approach is carried off nicely. And the designers have taken advantage of the frames approach by keeping the left frame constant (and thereby cached) for each major section. Page layout on the attorney profile pages is among the best we've seen. Some publications are available online, and more are available by request. We'd recommend removing the request option, publishing all the documents online, and working on some other content strategy to make sure users return to your site. A search engine would be a nice addition.
