The home page graphics are certainly stunning, but we can't help feeling like we're looking through window blinds. Inside, a two-frame presentation works well, although closer attention to the design of the navigation bar (such as using mouseover graphics) would prevent that frame from getting re-loaded with each page. Concise attorney profiles used the narrative style effectively, but page layout was too spread out. The "Articles" page makes the common mistake of including clipart "New!" images next to selected articles. New since when? Articles were available on a wide variety of topics, and users can submit their e-mail address to be notified of updates. The Excite search engine output included only the titles of the found pages, and since bookmark-friendly titles are not used, the output was not particularly helpful.
