Small professional graphics make the home page load quickly, and the excellent use of white space makes a very good first impression. Inside, a three-frame approach is executed nicely. It is rare to see a framed presentation work with more than two frames. A placeholder for attorney profiles existed, but the profiles were conspicuously absent. A publications section was also absent, but there was a publications placeholder under "Links." So we assume that these portions of the site are still under construction.
