The home page alone offers several things to note. On the good side is the proper use of height and width tags (so that images load more quickly and the browser doesn't have to redraw the screen while loading) as well as alt tags (so users with images turned off can still browse the site). We also like that most of the links appear on the first screen, not requiring us to jump around a lot to find what we're looking for. On the other hand, the title bar is too long. A minor point, but it makes the site bookmark-hostile. In addition, the use of keywords is more appropriate in the meta tags section, not in the title field. Content overall is quite good. The material (recent case law, seminar announcements) is dated, which is a big plus. Navigation is solid, with a text-based navigation bar aiding in interior navigation.
