Other nice touches - all the contact info in the recruiting area is where it should be, and in fact includes all the details you would want (mailing info, phone numbers, fax numbers). The search engine is outstanding - results are nice (with summaries), you have the option of limiting your search to specific sections of the site, and the sitemap is a terrific example of how to show off just how much content is on this site. This is a solid, impressive site.
