Exceptionally dark graphics are hard to read - which isn't the best way to start off on a site. Once inside, though, we're even more puzzled by the use of frames which forces the width of the page to a restrictive 640x480 screen size - even if we've got a bigger monitor (which we do). There are better ways to ensure that the page presentation fits inside the browser - and this ends up frustrating viewers (who, if they have a 1024x768 screen, will have almost half of their page blank!). Attorney bios are good - photos of the attorney are included, and you'll find a phone number and e-mail address. (A minor question: what prompted this firm to select the naming convention for e-mail addresses? We've seen john.smith@domain.com, or jsmith@domain.com or other variations, but the individuals initials plus their four digit phone extension doesn't seem particularly intuitive. It's certainly harder to remember for casual correspondents.) The contact page is good - addresses and phone numbers are provided for each of the firm's offices.
