This is the only site we've seen where the logo on the home page doubles in size once you go inside the site (ordinarily it's the other way around). The graphics are very understated - and we like that - but in some cases their resolution is low enough that the words are unreadable. On the attorney pages, you have to know whether the attorney you're looking for is a partner, counsel, associate, or special counsel. We doubt that people always know this - and suggest that a firm-wide alphabetical listing, or at least a practice-specific listing, would help. The bios themselves include all contact info, but having the e-mail address buried in a link titled "Send e-mail..." doesn't help if you print the page out - you won't see the e-mail address. Better to make the e-mail address the link itself. Navigation is an all-or-nothing venture: either you return to the home page, or you use your back button. We'd like to see links to subsections so that you don't have to go to the home page in order to venture elsewhere on the site.
