We're willing to bet that if you need information about the FDA and all the laws that address the FDA's actions, then you'll probably find what you're looking for at Kleinfeld, Kaplan & Becker's site. A strong focus on content makes this site a success, although the use of frames makes the site somewhat difficult to navigate (and bookmark for future use). Files are dated - an all-to-often overlooked item that makes sites much more user-friendly.
