Not much has changed at Faegre & Benson's site since last year. Last year, we were intrigued by the "Who owns your home page?" question on the home page - this year, it's still there. In fact, the entire section on Internet law hasn't been updated in two years. Two years! There is some current content on the site - a handful of new articles and press releases, but the majority of this site remains the same as it was last year. The lack of any navigational aids (navigation bar, text links, anything) makes getting around this site like walking through a garden maze: once you reach a dead-end, your only option is to retrace your steps until you've got other options. The better answer is to provide navigational options (links to each major subsection of the site) so once someone is done reading an attorney bio (which is theoretical here, since there are none at Faegre & Benson's site... just e-mail links), they should be able to click on "Publications" and proceed to browse the firm's newsletters and articles.
