Welcome to the review of Epstein Becker & Green's virtual office/web site. Sound a little corny? The first text you see upon visiting Epstein Becker & Green's site says: "Welcome to Epstein Becker & Green's virtual office." Call us crazy, but we're pretty sure that they probably resisted the temptation to say "Welcome to Epstein Becker & Green's Brochure" in their brochure. And if so, why should the web site be any different? We were shocked to see no attorney bios on the site - at the very least, the firm could take advantage of the fact that their listings are online at Martindale-Hubbell and could link to them from their own site (a few firms are already doing this, either as a supplement for, or a replacement of, their own lawyer directory). We think that any law firm on the web has to be willing to show off its talent - and the best way to do that is to put the attorney's bio online. And if your target audience is existing clients, then at the very least, your attorney's contact info should be on the site. There are a handful of recent articles online, but none of the articles are dated - which should be corrected.
