Taking up nearly half the screen, the navigation bar qualifies as the biggest consumer of screen space we've seen (we were going to say "waste of space", but since it serves a purpose, that wasn't entirely fair). As a result of this mammoth navigation bar, content gets squeezed into the unnaturally small remainder of the screen - the right half. This makes reading pages a bit difficult (only a few words per line), and is certainly not the best way to present the information (if you want people to read it). There's one newsletter here - called the Counsellor - but it's in PDF format and it's 370k. And it's from the Fall of 1997. In other words, even though the home page proclaims that the site was last updated about a week ago, there's not much "new" content here. The search engine works, but the output was not particularly helpful - just a list of page titles with no summaries... which means you've got to follow the link to see if it's relevant to your query.
