After much digging, we found a few newsletters. But we doubt many people DO find them - they're not linked from the home page, the navigation bar, or even from some of the major sub-sections of the site. If you're going to work on producing content, you should highlight it so people know it's there. From a design standpoint, this West Firm Site is surprisingly unprofessional - most graphics are gray or black and consist of text on a colored background... not exactly the kind of thing that impresses people. Other than some newsletters and press releases, the site hasn't changed at all since we looked at it last year - and it could use some attention.
