This is clearly a do-it-yourself Web site that lacks the feel of a site that has been professionally designed. But what it lacks in look-and-feel, it makes up for in content. The site features a 32-page booklet entitled "Estate Planning for California Residents," which contains frequently asked questions (and answers) about California estate law. We found the banner advertisements (especially the cliche LinkExchange ads) to be a distraction, but the ads were clearly labeled as such. The site also contains links to California estate planning forms, celebrity wills, and lots of sites related to estate law. The site could benefit from a makeover (including navigational and graphical elements), but there's plenty of content here that's worth returning to.
