To emphasize what's inside its site, this firm has chosen (wisely, in our opinion) to include extensive links on the home page, with dates and summaries of all of the site's new content. For example, right away we learn that one of the firm's attorneys presented at the Maryland State Bar Association on the value of establishing a Web site. A 23-page reprint of the presentation is included. So we get the idea that the firm takes its Web presence seriously. Under "Articles," you'll find short summaries of various legal practice areas and terms. Another helpful article is one entitled "Intellectual Property Law Issues for Nonprofits." The site also has a search engine, and navigation is via text links at the top of each page. The near lack of graphics is almost not noticeable because of the effective use of font colors. We think the "Articles" section should be overhauled to make the files highlighted on the home page easier to find in the "Articles" section. Overall, the future looks bright for this site because of its strong and frequently updated content.
