Their "California Legislative Update " provides a helpful summary of how association law is changing in California. The background graphic (a marble pattern) is a little bit distracting, but the other graphics are minimal and load quickly. They are professional without being flashy. Page titles are bookmark-friendly, which we like. The site's subsections could probably be reorganized so that there are fewer subdirectories, but we never had trouble finding what we were looking for. Site navigation is aided by means of simple text links at the footer of (almost) every page. A search engine would be nice, so would some more recent articles, but overall the site is a very good resource for those looking for information about community association law.
