And one whose home page is as close to perfect as you can get. Professional graphics, clear site structure, excellent use of white space, and it all fits - without scrolling - on a 640x480 monitor. Inside, theyÍve got the right idea for the titles of the subpages, but they got it backwards. Like YahooÍs pages, the name of the firm should come first so that bookmarked pages make sense to users later on. The layout of some pages was odd, such as the ñareas of practiceî page, which was quite cluttered. And the navigation bar should use client-side imagemap technology like the home page does. Attorney profiles lacked navigational elements found on other subpages. And the ñnewslettersî link from the home page was 404. Search engine output, on the other hand, was complete and well thought out. This site is a mixed bag that could be quite strong with some tweaking. |
