WeÍre not sure what the 90 K home page graphic is supposed to be, but it looks kind of like a Batman movie. Inside, page layout includes four (count ïem, four) frames. Frames are OK with us when theyÍre done right, but too much of anything is a distraction. The ñbreaking newsî section was undated. Attorney profiles are on the short side. Newsletters covering such topics as products liability and employment law are available, organized mostly chronologically. There is a search engine, but its output omits key information such as the date of each found item. Pages are much easier to read if you open links from frames in a new window. I suspect that users will leave the site with a negative impression of its form (mainly because of the overuse of frames) rather than a positive impression of the content (which is good if you can find it).
