This North Carolina firm used FrontPage to design their site, and the results are a mixed bag. While the use of frames accomplishes two goals (keeping the firm name present at all times, and presenting the primary navigation options at all times), it also severely restricts the screen real estate to use for presenting information (not to mention the frameset title: "MVA Frames" - which isn't exactly bookmark-friendly). Graphics are spartan at best, and are not near the professional quality of other sites. The firm's publications are out of date, with many showing a "last updated" date of 1995. The feedback form offers no option of writing a message, just a list of practice areas to choose from in requesting more information. On the positive side, office locations are prominently displayed (they are one of the four main subsections in the navigation frame), which makes getting contact information and directions to the offices straightforward.
