Another memorable domain name. An otherwise very pleasing home page is cluttered by the inclusion of an annoying JavaScript scrolling-text display. Features such as these add no value or functionality, and they shouldn't be included in your site. Subpages employ different layouts (some use frames, other do not) and color schemes (abandoning the home page's nice color scheme). And we found the frames implementation confusing. It was never clear where we were, which frame we should click, or where our results would appear. The "executive briefings" section includes summaries of legal developments in such areas as employee benefits, tax, and insurance law.
