The "legal updates" section includes articles on "the law affecting businesses," including intellectual property, tax, employment, and products liability law. The presentation of these pages would be aided greatly if the summaries of the articles appeared in the same paragraph as the article links, rather than in a separate column off to the side. The lack of any navigational elements made getting around the site quite difficult. Non-US businesses will appreciate the very comprehensive guide entitled "Doing Business in Massachusetts." We'd like to see more narrative in the attorney profiles, and the layout of these pages left a lot to be desired. In general (and largely due to the excellent guide on doing business in Massachusetts), the site scores high marks for content. With a little work, the presentation and experience of the site could be greatly improved. |
