The home page world map graphics looks amateurish, and there is so much clutter on the home page that it is unclear (except perhaps to the Web site designer) where to start. And this is a West FirmSite - go figure! The attorney profiles are merely links back to each attorney's West Legal Directory listing. There is no supplemental attorney info on the Web site itself. The navigation bar uses old server-side imagemaps and doesn't contain links to key areas of the site, such as ñnewslettersî and ñwhat's news.î And the newsletters are Adobe Acrobat PDF files, not exactly user-friendly Web content. Overall, a disappointing site for a major law firm produced by a major legal publisher.
