The front page uses a client pull to automatically load the home page, but the time delay used - 10 seconds - is far too short to load the entire front page via at 28.8 Kbps connection. (25 seconds would be better.) The home page features professional graphics, but it gets bogged down in a frames implementation that adds no value to the site. Better to use text-based links at the bottom of each page. If you are going to use frames for navigation, make the navigation bar graphically rich to take advantage of the fact that that page will be cached in future page views. Here the "navigation bar" is merely a list of text links. Also, the home link takes you back to the front page, which we assume is not the desired effect. The graphics on the home page and subpages are simple and elegant, and there are a handful of articles online.
