The home page looks like it was designed in two parts, the top half by professional graphic artists, the bottom half by somebody with access to cheesy looking clipart. And the attempt at the narrative style fails here, because the page is too busy, with no sense of how the narrative should be part of the overall navigational scheme. There are a couple of articles relating to intellectual properly, but most of them are published as ZIP files! That's called not taking advantage of the medium.
