Uses an old server-side imagemap on the home page, which does have a very attractive graphic. And it's never a good sign when the "about.html" file is under construction. The main menu (which is not on the home page) has far too much SHOUTING for our taste. And the announcements pages shows that not much is happening at this site. The database of lawyers appears to be running on a FileMaker Pro database, which shows how simple solutions can perform nicely on the Web. Only three files were listed in the site's newsletter section, and a couple of sections were under construction. There were also a few articles that had been reprinted on the site, but the section with the most on it was the page of links, all of which send you away from this site. The shell of a good site is here, but except for a few newsletters and articles, the site is nothing more than a firm brochure.
